Black Ferrari 488 GTB on HRE P107SC Wheels By Wheels Boutique

A set of HRE Wheels, Novitec Springs and Pirelli rubber adorn this beautiful black Ferrari 488 GTB

For Wheels Boutique, doing high-profile builds is their usual day-to-day routine. After all. we saw a gorgeous red Ferrari 488 Pista just last week, where the tuner gave the Italian supercar a set of HRE Wheels. This time, they’ve turned their attention to a stunning black Ferrari 488 GTB, giving it once again a set of wheels from the same wheel maker.

The Ferrari 488 GTB is an evolution of the much-famed Ferrari 458 Italia. Sporting a bit of an improvement on the exterior, the vehicle, however, received the biggest upgrade in the form of an all-new 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine – developed by for this particular vehicle. The Ferrari 458 GTB’s 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine is truly a state-of-the-art powerplant, coming with somewhat smaller displacement, but at the same time a higher output than the 458’s naturally aspirated engine. In turn, the owner can enjoy an improved fuel economy, better throttle response and a bit more torque. And what owner will say no to that?

In the Ferrari 488 GTB, this engine delivers a staggering 670 PS (493 kW; 661 hp) at 8,000 rpm and 760 N·m (561 lb·ft) of torque. Overall, this relates to a specific power output of 126.3 kW (171.7 PS; 169.4 hp) per liter and a specific torque output of 194.8 N·m (144 lbf·ft) per liter – both records for a street-legal Ferrari. It’s no wonder that the 488 posts some impressive acceleration numbers: it can take off from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in as low as 3.0 seconds, then continue all the way pass 340 km/h (211 mph), according to the manufacturer.

Not a bad starting point for an aftermarket build.

This particular 488 GTB is equipped with a set of HRE P107SC monoblock forged wheels. With a gorgeous design and a concave profile, they fill out those large wheel wells of this Ferrari perfectly. The wheels come sized 20×9 in the front and 21×13 in the rear. Furthermore, they feature a Satin Black finish.

As for the tires, Wheels Boutique wrapped these HRE P107SC wheels in a set of sticky Pirelli P Zero rubber. Sized 245/35/20 in the front and 355/25/21 in the rear, they work perfectly with the aftermarket wheels, helping the owner achieve similar performance to the OEM setup of this vehicle. Naturally, a set of Novitec lowering springs was also added. In turn, this gorgeous black Ferrari 488 GTB sits nice and low, giving the vehicle an aggressive and appealing stance.
